Dan Kang, Krav Maga black belt, instructor, and BJJ practitioner, started at a bodyweight of 165lbs and ended at 155lbs after 4 months, approximately 5% less BF, with greatly increased strength, power and endurance.

He works his ass off, doesn’t miss a lift, and has the results to show for it both visually and quantifiably. Dan hit a 75lbs deadlift PR at 315lbs and a 45lbs power clean PR within 15 weeks, dropping from 165lbs to 155lbs simultaneously. Within the following 8 weeks, he further improved his PR to 210lbs beyond his bodyweight at 365lbs, a 50-lb increase. In contrast to 8 years of CrossFit and 2.5 years of StrongFirst training, PowerBlock diverges drastically from conventional methods. Despite focusing on high volume and endurance rather than heavy lifting, Dan exceeded his PRs in less than 12% of the training time.
