I started Oct 2021 with Adam and it’s been such a fun ride. Glad I have a solid coach but also a quality friend who loves sharing any knowledge ranging from diet to lifting to BJJ to Elden Ring 🤩


His three requirements from me were consistent workouts, good form, and sufficient protein. It’s that simple if you follow the program. I’m no longer lost in a sea of confusing contradictory information. I put my trust in a guy who’s done his due diligence, knows the science, and puts in the hard work, overcoming many unfavorable odds himself. And of course, he’s looking out the most for your safety! Which enables you to be consistent and achieve whatever you want. Best of all, he’s willing to share everything he’s learned to those who ask.


You might be wondering if Power Block is another fad or “is it just CrossFit?” I thought the same things. But Adam is an old-school, down-to-earth kinda guy. I’m super thankful for him. He won’t mislead you with any trendy fitness gimmicks. He’s straightforward, and gives you the best chance to get your results. I love that he doesn’t care as much about physical appearance, though it’s a wonderful side effect, but he prioritizes functional strength (especially for jiu jitsu guys!) and above all, safety. All for the low time commitment of 3 hours/week in the gym. As someone who genuinely does not enjoy torturing his body and doesn’t have much time, that was an offer I couldn’t refuse." – Jason
