Xavier had a training age of 4 years with more strength-focused, lower rep weight lifting programs prior to training with Power Block.

While training with Power Block, he has lost 20 lbs of body weight (now 180 lbs), achieved remarkable physical cosmetic changes, and had incredible benefits to his performance in competition.

In strength, Xavier has achieved incredible milestones and continues to improve:

  • Bench press increased by 10 lbs to 355 lbs
  • Max pull-ups increased from 12 to 27 reps
  • Deadlift increased from 475lbs to 510 lbs
  • Power Clean maximum increased to 245lbs within 6 months of training
  • Squat endurance and strength increased from 3 reps of 315 lbs to 30 reps in 6 sets of 5 as less than 1/3 of his workout

The benefits expand beyond our work in the gym. In competition, he has experienced longer endurance and ability to perform thanks to Power Block training.
